Local Campaigner Carol Caruana chosen for Colville By-Election9.30.00am BST (GMT +0100) Sat 20th Jun 2009
Kensington & Chelsea Liberal Democrats have chosen local campaigner Carol Caruana to stand in the surprise Colville ward by-election on Wednesday July 22nd. If elected, she will become the first Liberal Democrat councillor for Colville. (Colville is the area surrounding the middle of the iconic Portobello Road in North Kensington.)
